Account & Data Deletion – CyRIC IoT

CyRIC IoT is an enterprise IoT platform. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to: cyriciot_infrastructure@cyric.io

Include:

• Your registered email address

• Your organization name (if applicable)

• A request to delete your CyRIC IoT account

What data is deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• User account information (email, username, roles)

• Authentication credentials

• Associated personal identifiers

What data may be retained

The following data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:

• Aggregated and anonymized IoT sensor data

• System audit logs required for security and compliance

Retention period

Data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contract.
